The budget monitoring tool is a resource that can be used across funds by all grantees who are tracking their own expenditures or who are reconciling expenditures with their fiscal office. Feel free to adapt this document to make it fit for you.

Below you will find the beginnings of a toolkit that is being developed via a joint effort between the Crime Victims' Services Division of the Oregon Department of Justice and a District Attorney Victim Assistance Program (VAP) Workgroup. In an effort to assist VAPs in the work they do, three sub-workgroups met to develop the documents contained in the attached toolkit. Also contained in the toolkit are scenarios to assist in identifying under what circumstances these tools can be used. These tools are meant to be implemented as guides and guidelines to put best practices in place in the areas of:
CVSD will continue to host the VAP Workgroup and add to this toolkit as an ever changing, living document addressing issues of concern and interest to VAPs.
